Elaboration of the juridical-economic request which aims at obtaining a reduction on the tax on the Circulation of goods and services - ICMS which has to be re-invested in the state which grants this incentive;
Elaboration of the juridical-economic request which aims at partial or total exemption of income tax for industrial and/or agricultural enterprises located in the North-East or Amazonia;
Elaboration of the juridical-economic request which aims at the reduction of import tax - I.I., on machinery which has no in-country equivalent;
Formulation of the Request for the Registration of Enterprises and Release of Stocks to the Comissno de Valores Mobilirios - CVM. This is in accordance with the rules set by the CVM;
Elaboration and request of Capital Opening of Enterprises with the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários - CVM;
Economic feasibility study of undertakings, whether industrial, agricultural, in tourism, in livestock-raising,etc;
Study and market research which enables the checking of the positioning of the undertaking vis-a-vis a quantification of the regional, national and international supply and demand factors; an assessment of products, princing factors; and the scale and penetration of competitors, etc;
Study of industrial location aiming to investigate favourable factors for the location of the undertaking in a list of options, from the availability of raw material, transport, labour and other production factors in order to optimise the location aspect of the undertaking;
Accountancy and Economic Counselling;
Elaboration of an economic-financial diagnosis;
Elaboration of Consultancy Letters aiming to demonstrate the viability of setting up, expanding, reformulation and/on modernisation of enterprises;
Juridical Counselling.
Among the various services rendered by APL, in the field of Juridical Counselling, the following should be highlighted
- Constitution of Enterprises, and the respective filing and accompaniment of the paperwork in Trade Bodies;
- Fusion and Incorporation of Enterprises;
- Payments due by mutual agreement and/or legal enforcement;
